I have eaten
the plums
that were in
the icebox
and which
you were probably
savingfor breakfast.

they were delicious
so sweet
and so cold.
I'm pretty sure this poem inspired the following postcard in the first Post Secret book:
In any event... It's all in good fun and makes me want to eat more fruit that is sweet and cold.
